Central and Wales appoints new Regional Head of Customer Care

Jon Clowes, who joins us as Regional Head of Customer Care, will be responsible for providing overall leadership to Persimmon’s customer care teams operating across the Central and Wales division.

Ensuring service is provided within company guidelines to maximise customer satisfaction and maintain a positive company reputation; Jon joins from Barclays where as a Customer Care Director he held responsibility for customer relations across the bank’s local branch teams.

Commenting on his appointment, Jon said: “I am excited to be joining Persimmon Homes at an exciting time for the company and look forward to supporting the delivery of excellent customer service to our residents.”
