Out Central team has strengthened its planning team with the appointment of two new planners.
Lanica Agnew and Lewis Bullock join the team as Planning Assistant and Graduate Planner respectively, working to progress the submission of planning applications, planning conditions, and processing Section 106 applications. Both Lanica and Lewis work with consultants and architects on a daily basis, as well as attending meetings with local authorities within the region.
Prior to joining Persimmon, Lanica worked as a Planner within Stratford-On-Avon District Council, following completion of her Master’s degree at the University of Birmingham. As a new graduate, this will be Lewis’ first role following the completion of his degree from Birmingham City University.

Since joining the team, I’ve already started to work on a whole range of projects throughout the region – engaging with key stakeholders and working with a whole range of people. I’m really looking forward to what the future holds for me at Persimmon.”
Lewis added "It’s great to join Persimmon and start my career in planning. As my first role after graduating University, this time can feel daunting – but the team have been so welcoming and helpful with any questions that I may have. I can’t wait to see what the coming months have in store in my new role.”
