Central team shows support to Kenilworth social isolation charity

A charity in Kenilworth working to fight social isolation has secured a £3,000 donation from our Central team, helping them to expand their services in and around the community.

Compassionate Kenilworth received the funding boost as part of our Community Champions initiative, via Persimmon Homes Central.

Compassionate Kenilworth comprises a group of local volunteers who joined forces during the pandemic, keeping people safe at home. The group's focus now is to reduce social isolation and loneliness to improve health outcomes and help make the town a happier place to live.

Working alongside existing service providers, the group identifies and fills in gaps in provision. This helps to mobilise charities, volunteers, and funders to deliver needful projects. The funding will help Compassionate Kenilworth to continue its services.
