Central Training Hub opens at Castle Bromwich site

A bespoke training facility - available for use by all at Persimmon – has opened at our Castle Bromwich site.

Designed and developed by David Griffin, Divisional Construction Director, the Central Training Hub is located within the former Central Regional office, presenting a range of facilities for use across the Group. Presenting training rooms, breakout spaces and an IT Suite, the new space not only offers a purpose-built area for training and skills development, but also gives Persimmon the opportunity to have a specialist central meeting point in the heart of the UK. 

David said: “I’m delighted that the Central Training Hub has now opened, following months of planning and developing the space. With Space4 being located at Castle Bromwich, it will also be an integral part of future training on our timber frame product produced at the factory. The site plays such an important part in Persimmon as a whole – the addition of the training hub will only further this. I’m looking forward to the hub being used across the business in the coming months; for training, leadership and management courses, meetings and much more.”
