Persimmon Homes harnesses the power of the internet to showcase development.
Persimmon Homes South East is harnessing the power of the internet to help social media savvy buyers find their perfect home in Kent.
Persimmon Homes is showcasing its development in Manston on YouTube, enabling potential purchasers to get a video preview of the properties at Cross Quays, close to Westwood Cross shopping centre.
Jo Richards, head of sales and marketing, said: “We know that more and more people are using the internet to do their research before going out and about looking at new home, so it made sense to us to put our fabulous development online.
“The two and three bedroom houses are being snapped up by local buyers – and it’s clear to see why, given that that the development is in a brilliant location, right next to Westwood Cross and within easy travelling distance of Ramsgate, Broadstairs and Margate.”
She added: “With stunning beaches and countryside so close, we just had to turn the camera on the great location of Cross Quays, and the result makes us proud to be here in Manston.”
Located on Manston Court Road, directly opposite Westwood Cross, the Persimmon Homes site is perfectly placed to reach local towns and the planned community of Westwood will, when completed, offer homes, a new primary school and leisure facilities.
Properties at Cross Quays start at £142,950 for a two bedroom mews house which, with Help to Buy, could be secured with a deposit of just £7,148.
Help to Buy is the scheme where the Government provides an equity loan for 20 per cent of the house’s value, with the rest covered by the five per cent deposit and mortgage. The scheme is helping people all over the UK to get the keys to their first home or move up the property ladder.
