Consent granted for 35 new homes
03 December 2020
Planners have given the green light to 35 new homes at Sunholme Drive in Wallsend as work progresses on a popular housing development.
Chris Curry, managing director, said: “The development addresses the need for more housing in the area, and delivers a high quality of 3, 4 and 5 bedroom homes to the market. It is accessible to a number of services and public spaces which will support the community’s well-being.” Chris added: “We will also be delivering more than £100,000 to support education and training, the environment - including coastal protection - and the community by providing funds for allotments, public open spaces and financial support for the Rising Sun Country Park.”
Debbie Zaben, sales director, said: “We are confident that a high percentage of the properties will be sold off-plan enabling buyers to watch their home being built and get the chance to personalise their home with a range of interior style options. In particular we would encourage first time buyers to take advantage of the properties that qualify for incentive schemes to help them get on to or moving up the property ladder.”Potential buyers are invited to register their interest to find out when properties are released for sale.
