Cornwall & West Devon transfer latest batch of affordable homes in Liskeard

Persimmon Homes Cornwall & West Devon have handed over six properties over to its housing association partner at its Liskeard site.
Plymouth Community Homes (PCH) have secured a range of bungalows, flats and two-bedroom homes at Trevethan Meadows, which will be made available from Spring 2024 for affordable rent and shared ownership purchase.
Of the six homes, five will be offered for affordable rent to local people with a connection to the area, including a mix of one-bedroom bungalows and flats, as well as a two-bedroom mid terrace house. There will also be one two-bedroom end of terrace property made available for shared ownership purchase through our sales brand SO Living.
The acquisition follows 39 affordable homes secured by PCH within Phase Three of the development in Liskeard.
Market homes from one to four bed high-quality properties – are available from £187,000.
