Creigiau development proving huge hit with househunters
28 February 2022

Our 1,500-house development on the edge of Cardiff is selling “extremely well” – with more than 60 percent of the second phase already snapped up.
Persimmon, along with Charles Church, is building the much-needed new homes at Llanilltern Village development, off junction 33 of the M4 on the edge of Cardiff.
Phase one, consisting of 106 properties, has now almost sold out, with just seven remaining.
And demand for homes on phase two has remained sky-high, with 100 of the 155 properties sold so far.
Meanwhile, the second phase has now launched on Charles Church’s Regency Park on the site, which includes 28 new executive four and five-bedroom properties.
Victoria Williams, Sales Director at Persimmon Homes East Wales, said: “We launched our Llanilltern Village project towards the end of 2018 and it has been hugely successful ever since, including during extended periods of lockdown when few people were able to visit the site in person.
“Phase one all-but sold out quickly – and now phase two is selling extremely well also.
“The great news for househunters is that we still have an excellent range of two, three and four-bedroom properties available to buy.
“We’d be delighted to welcome people to the site and to show them what could be their dream home.”
As well as 1,500 much-needed new homes, the project will deliver sheltered accommodation for the elderly, a new primary school, a park and ride facility, shops, offices and sports pitches.
The whole Llanilltern Village project is creating 1,700 new jobs for local people.
