Dream move could happen in just four weeks
23 January 2014
Traditionally January can be filled with gloom, but Persimmon Homes Severn Valley has the perfect answer to cheer people up by offering them the chance to move into their dream home in just four weeks.
Persimmon Homes is throwing a party to launch its new showhome at a development in Bridgwater later this month with the chance for people to move into their perfect property in a matter of weeks.
The pie and a pint themed event at Wren Gardens, in Stockmoor Drive, will be held on the weekend of January 25 and January 26. Visitors will be treated to a pork pie and a glass of cider while the sales advisors give information about the development.
The developer is creating Wren Gardens following on from the success of The Swallows. It will be the last phase of housing to be built by Persimmon Homes at Stockmoor Village in Bridgwater.
Wren Gardens offers a range of two and three-bedroom homes together with five different styles of four-bedroom properties, ranging from a townhouse to an impressive detached home with its own study and double garage.
Nicola Reed, sales and marketing director for the company, said: “Wren Gardens offers something for everyone including first-time buyers, young professionals, investors, downsizers and growing families.
“The site offers the best of both worlds as it is set in a delightful rural location whilst still retaining excellent commuter links. It is located to the south of Bridgwater, which has a lively centre, offering local produce alongside high street shops, charming pubs and restaurants, a cinema and an arts centre, ten-pin bowling alley and two museums.
“It is ideally situated for exploring the nearby Quantock Hills and Somerset while, for commuters, it is just minutes away from the M5 motorway, with easy access to Bristol and Exeter.”
Nicola added: “The development boasts a wide range of facilities for homebuyers, including a primary school with onsite shops and a public house nearby.
“Wren Gardens is already proving very popular with five people already moved in before Christmas. A lovely community feel is already developing and we have a range of schemes available to help people move into their dream home.
“The Government-backed Help to Buy scheme is proving incredibly popular with buyers as only a 5% deposit is needed along with a 75% mortgage. The rest is made up with a 20% equity loan, which is interest and repayment free for the first five years.
“Other schemes available include Home Change, which can be used in conjunction with Help to Buy, were we market the home for you and pay your estate agent fees. Part Exchange is also available for those wanting to take the stress out of moving.”
