East Scotland Subcontractors Seminar – Driving Efficiency

Persimmon East Scotland recently held a Subcontractors Seminar at the Hillcroft Hotel, West Lothian, with over 80 subcontractors in attendance.

The event, led by Construction Director Kevin Ferris, aimed to enhance our approach to the build by introducing a new sign-off process that refines our daywork recovery systems—helping us improve cost management and overall efficiency. Alongside this, we also rolled out our material control process, ensuring a more structured and effective workflow across our sites.

With insights from Managing Director Neil Parry, Sales Director Laura Still, and Commercial Director Michael Bandoni, the seminar reinforced the vital role our subcontractors play in delivering high-quality homes.
