East Wales region have partnered with Hafod to provide new social housing for local people at a development in the Vale of Glamorgan.

The properties on the East Haven site on Barry Waterfront will be a mix of rent and shared ownership for the purposes of housing local people.

Representatives from East Wales region, Hafod and the Vale of Glamorgan visited the site last week to mark the latest handover of four properties.

As part of our partnership with Hafod, we will deliver nine affordable housing units at East Haven, consisting of seven for social rent and two for low cost home ownership.
