Ellena Hodges Promoted to Land Buyer at Persimmon Homes East Wales

Ellena Hodges has been promoted to the position of Land Buyer within the land and planning team at Persimmon Homes East Wales, covering South East Wales and the border counties.

Ellena Hodges has been promoted to the position of Land Buyer within the land and planning team at Persimmon Homes East Wales, covering South East Wales and the border counties.

In her new role, Ellena will be responsible for the identification, evaluation and acquisition of land opportunities. This will involve both immediate and strategic land opportunities across the region. She will work closely with the wider Land and Planning Team to deliver future growth of the business.

She holds a 1st Class BSc hons degree in City and Regional Planning from Cardiff University and recently secured her RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) chartered surveyor accreditation.

Commenting on her promotion, Ellena said:
