Final phase launched at Wellington development

12 July 2016

The fourth and final phase of construction work at a development in Wellington is underway.

Hundreds of houses have already been built at Persimmon Homes South West’s Jasmine Gardens scheme in Damson Crescent.

The properties on the first three phases – 215 in total - have been snapped by house hunters, prompting Persimmon to start work on the final 84 units at the site.

This phase will consist of two, three and four bedroom homes. The houses are available to reserve now off-plan.

Nina Hester, sales and marketing director at Persimmon Homes South West, said: “We’re delighted to be pushing on with the fourth phase of work at Jasmine Gardens.”

“The first three phases were exceptionally popular and we are now completely sold out.”

“As before, the fourth phase will offer excellent family homes at affordable prices. We’ve got a great mix of two, three and four bedroom homes, so there is something for everyone.”

“I’d urge anyone interested to come and speak to our sales advisers to ensure they secure their preferred plot.”

Jasmine Gardens benefits from a stunning semi-rural location, surrounded by unspoilt countryside.

There are five different house styles to choose from, with all homes benefiting from either a single or double garage.

Persimmon Homes has paid careful attention to the architecture, ensuring the homes complement their surroundings with each being finished in a combination of brick, stone or render and attractively roofed with tile or slate.

People who reserve early could be able to personalise their new home by choosing kitchens, selecting tiles and many more extras.

Nina said: “Buying off plan means that people can choose exactly where they want to be on a development – and they can make amendments to the look and feel of a property by adding or upgraded certain parts.”

There are a number of schemes to help people buy their dream home, including the Home Change and Part Exchange schemes, which both take the stress away from selling an existing property.
