Helping hand unlocks new homes
10 December 2014
Local buyers are being given a helping hand onto the property ladder in Diss, thanks to shared ownership scheme.
We are offering a selection of houses at the Greenacres development on Denmark Road, through a shared ownership scheme in conjunction with Saffron Housing Association and South Norfolk District Council.
The initiative means home ownership is achievable for more buyers, who are able to purchase a 75% share in the house – bringing the price down to as little as £112,436*.
Head of sales and marketing Alison Page said: “We meet lots of people dreaming of owning their own home, and often they think it is completely out of reach.
Here at Greenacres, we have two and three bedroom homes available to buy through shared ownership, such as the practical Tilbury style three bedroom house, with a comfortable living room and a dining kitchen leading out to the garden. All this, plus parking, for just £123,713*."
Anyone wanting to know more about the affordable homes scheme can contact the sales team based at Greenacres or call 0843 487 1336. The sales office is open Thursday to Monday 11am to 6pm.
Everyone who registers an interest will have their details assessed against South Norfolk District Council’s eligibility criteria and prioritised according to housing need.
*Prices quoted are list price for 75% share. Full terms and conditions are available on request at the Greenacres marketing suit.
