Homebuyers welcomed to new Scartho Top housing development

Homebuyers are being welcomed to a new development in the popular Scartho Top area of North East Lincolnshire.
This week saw the grand opening of a new customer hub at Persimmon’s Regency Meadows development in Scartho Top.
Located on the edges of the Lincolnshire Wolds, the development will provide 225 new homes made up of 2, 3 and 4-bedroom properties.
With its easy access to both countryside and the coast, Scartho Top has proved popular with local homebuyers and 5-star housebuilder Persimmon expects Regency Meadows to prove likewise.
Prices start from £164,995, providing great opportunities for first-time buyers and young home buyers. 24 properties will also to be transferred to a local housing association.
All 225 new homes on offer will be from Persimmon’s new housing range benefiting from new and improved design features.
