Housebuilder brings communities together with Jubilee celebrations
22 June 2012
There’ll be ticker tape, flags and bunting galore across Peterborough this weekend as Persimmon Homes East Midlands gets into the Jubilee Spirit.
To mark the occasion, Persimmon Homes East Midlands has distributed party packs to its developments and charities throughout the region in an attempt to build greater community spirit.
One such donation has been made to the children on Amazon Ward at Peterborough City Hospital. The party pack will provide the children with inspiration to recover as they celebrate the occasion in style.
Cheryl Bissett, sales and marketing director at Persimmon Homes East Midlands, said: “Peterborough City Hospital provides an invaluable service to the local community and we are delighted to be in a position to assist with their Jubilee celebration.
“Children needing specialist care require fun and exciting activities to brighten up their day. We hope they enjoy our party box and it brings lots of smiles to their faces.”
Persimmon Homes are marking the Jubilee by turning back time to the Queen’s coronation. Prospective buyers who reserve a new home in June can take advantage of a range of furnishings made available to them at 1952 prices.
