Houses for sale in Stalybridge with a deposit paid incentive

The opinion from some quarters states that it could take 17 years to save enough for a mortgage deposit . However, Manchester-based Persimmon Homes North West has hit back and its latest offer of help will offer first time buyers in the region a much needed lifeline.
The Urmston-based developer has agreed to pay buyers’ five per cent deposit on plot 313, the two bedroom Moulton at its Staley Heights development in Stalybridge – an incentive worth £6,499.
“We don’t want first time buyers to worry and assume they can’t get onto the property ladder because this simply isn’t the case,” comments Claire Jarvis, sales manager for Persimmon Homes North West. She continues: “We want to help as many people as possible get on to the property ladder and the deposit paid scheme is just one way we are able to assist.”
Whilst research also shows that the cost of an average first-time buyer property is £138,682, many properties at the Staley Heights development fall way below this. Claire continues: “Many people say that first time buyers should be prepared to be flexible and make compromises to suit their budget. However, at Staley Heights, we have priced properties in line with first time buyers’ budgets with houses for sale in Stalybridge priced from just £129,995, the development is in a fantastic location and homes are finished to a first class specification inside and out so first time buyers certainly won’t have to make any compromises here.”
The development consists of two, three and four bedroom homes with Part Exchange also available on selected plots.
