Houses selling fast at Barry development
06 July 2016
Business is booming at Persimmon Homes development in Barry, where the first phase has sold out in less than two years.
Persimmon Homes has now released the second phase of the development, which is made up of 35 units - apartments, two beds and a small selection of three-beds.
The first residents are due to move into the houses on the new phase in November.
There are due to be further phases of construction at Westhaven in the future.
Victoria Williams, Sales Director at Persimmon Homes East Wales, said: “Our Westhaven development has proved to be very successful with an average of seven sales a week.”
“The development looks fantastic and it’s great to see so many families enjoying their new homes.”
“We’re delighted to be able to release this second phase, which I’m sure will sell out very quickly.”
“We have some high quality apartments to sell for the first time, and these are sure to be popular with first-time buyers and young couples.”
“I’d urge people to visit our marketing suite sooner rather than later.”
Westhaven is located alongside the waterfront of Barry with views over the channel, Sully Island, Flat Holm and Steep Holm islands. The development has easy access to Barry town centre and is a short drive from Penarth and Cardiff.
