Hundreds of new homes coming to Wellesbourne.

More than 350 new homes are to be built in Wellesbourne to keep up with the area’s demand for new homes.
Persimmon Homes South Midlands, has revealed a collection of two, three, four and five-bedroom homes at the development, located off Ettington Road on the edge of Wellesbourne. Due to be named The Grange and launching in September, the development will consist of 13 different house types, offering buyers a wide selection of homes to choose from.
Carol Selway, head of sales for Persimmon Homes South Midlands, said: “We are delighted to be bringing 351 much-needed homes to local first-time buyers and families. The initial interest has been very encouraging at The Grange so we’d encourage anyone interested to register their details online.”
It’s never been easier or more affordable to move to Wellesbourne thanks to a number of homebuyer incentives offered by Persimmon Homes such as Help to Buy and Part Exchange, which are ideal for both first-time buyers and those with a property to sell. The site comes following the success of another Persimmon Homes development in Wellesbourne; Mountford Place.
As part of the new site, Persimmon is investing around £3 million back into the local area to help improve education, public transport and local sports facilities. An estimated £1.75 million has also been given to help fund the construction of a brand new primary care centre capable of treating 18,000 patients a year. The practice will be double the size of the previous care centre and will create an additional five clinical consulting and treatment rooms. It will also accommodate a minor operations suite, physiotherapy and counselling services. The investment comes through Section 106 planning obligations, which are agreements put in place by the Local Authority when planning permission is granted.
