‘It’s possible with Persimmon’ – up to 10 month mortgage free offer for new customers launched

Persimmon is opening the door to home ownership for more families with a new package of measures to support customers with the affordability of their new home.
- New deal means customers can move-in to their new home mortgage free for up to 10 months
- 105% part-exchange scheme available for buyers also looking to sell
- Offer runs from Boxing Day until the end of January
Buyers who reserve a new Persimmon home by 28th of February 2023 can benefit from the company covering up to 10 of their monthly mortgage payments – freeing up customers’ cash to help with the cost of living.
Across the UK, the average price of a Persimmon home is more than 20% below the national average and around half of all Persimmon customers are first-time buyers – meaning the new mortgage support offer will be particularly helpful for many people aiming to take their first step onto the housing ladder.
A separate offer aims to support those looking to sell their existing property, with a 105% part-exchange scheme meaning customers can save money on fees and benefit from an extra five per cent on top of their valuation.
