New homes released for sale at Easton
22 February 2022

The first new homes at an Easton development will be released for sale this weekend.
Festival Park, the latest site from Anglia, opens on Saturday 26th February (10am-5pm), giving local people the chance to be first in line to reserve one of the homes being built at the Dereham Road site.
Sales director Jorden Knell said: “Festival Park has already attracted substantial local interest from buyers in the area keen to be amongst the first to secure a new home in this great location, so we expect the opening weekend to be very busy with prospective purchasers.”
Keen house hunters can find out more by calling Festival Park on 01603 989118 or visiting Festival Park
The development will offer a selection of two, three, four and five-bedroom homes designed to suit first time buyers, growing families or downsizers.
Our overall project for Easton will ultimately bring a raft of infrastructure investment to the local community, including land for Easton Parish Council to build a new village hall, a 1.5 hectare village green, a number of play areas and open green spaces together with replacement allotments.
We will also transfer land to the Education Authority to be used as an extension to the primary school. Land is to be made available for a village shop, and the development will also deliver significant improvements to cycle and pedestrian links from Easton to Longwater.
Jorden Knell added: “Easton is a charming and popular village, so we are excited to become part of such a warm and friendly community and pleased that the development will contribute to village facilities.
“Anyone with an existing property to sell is invited to ask us about our Home Change or Part Exchange schemes, which can help to save time and money.”
