New homes released for sale at popular Staffordshire development

This is our third phase of a popular new development in Stone, bringing another 82 properties to the town.
We have already completed 264 properties on phase one and two of the Udall Grange development on Eccleshall Road.
Work started on phase three in February this year – and the first homes are now available to purchase.
We are building a total of 478 houses at Udall Grange.

In addition, the development will provide a massive boost to the local economy through the construction industry and its multiplier effect. For every £1 spent on housing £3 goes back into the economy.
