New look sales team for Anglia

06 April 2022

The new sales management team covering the Anglia region has been unveiled, with the promotion of Jorden Knell to head of sales.

The 32-year-old takes up the reins after seven years as sales manager for the region, based at Broadland Business Park in Norwich. His appointment follows the promotion of sales director Michelle Baker to managing director for the Anglia business.

Jorden will be supported in the team by senior field sales manager Charlotte Cunningham and field sales managers Louisa Denniston, who has been promoted from sales advisor, and Lauren Laxton who joined Persimmon in January.

Jorden Knell said: “I am thrilled to have been given the responsibility of leading the sales operation for the Anglia region and look forward to working with this team to ensure every customer receives a five-star experience.”

Before joining Persimmon, Jorden worked in estate agency, gaining a thorough knowledge of the East Anglian property market.

Anglia regions managing director Michelle Baker added: “Jorden is a real asset to the Anglia regional business and its customers.

“For us, nothing is more important than helping customers to secure the keys to their dream home. Jorden works effortlessly with the construction and sales teams to ensure we can deliver the best possible experience for every person who buys a Persimmon home.

“He is very ably supported by Charlotte, Louisa and Lauren, who together co-ordinate the sales process across all our new homes developments.”

Senior field sales manager Charlotte Cunningham, aged 34, joined Persimmon in 2014 as a sales advisor before being promoted to field sales manager, giving her an in-depth understanding of the customer buying journey from on-site into head office.

Louisa Denniston is following in Charlotte’s footsteps as she moves up from sales advisor to field sales manager, assuming responsibility for a number of developments, alongside Lauren Laxton who joined Persimmon from retirement property specialists McCarthy & Stone.
