New showhome opens at Wells development
23 November 2020
A stunning new showhome is set to be unveiled at a significant development in Wells.
Persimmon Homes Severn Valley will open the doors to its three-bedroom Hanbury style property at its Foxglove Heights development on Portway on Saturday (November 28).
With interest in the showhome expected to be high, househunters are required to book their visit in advance so that Persimmon can ensure stringent Covid-19 safety measures are adhered to.
Persimmon is building a range of 110 three, four and five-bedroom homes at its Foxglove Heights development, near the city's leisure centre and rugby club, north of the A371.
Carly Spear, sales director at Persimmon Homes Severn Valley, said: “We’re delighted to open the doors to our stunning showhome and marketing suite at Foxglove Heights.
“The development is really starting to take shape. This is an extremely busy time in the property industry with many people rethinking what their homes mean to them and what they need from a house.
“This showhome is sure to create a buzz amongst househunters. People love to look around properties and get a real idea of how their new home could look once fully furnished.
“We’re ensuring our customers are safe by holding viewings by appointment only, so we’d urge people to phone or request an appointment online.
“Our friendly sales advisor Thea will be delighted to offer any help or advice required.”
The extremely popular Hanbury is a three-bedroom family home with bright and modern open plan kitchen/diner with French doors leading into the garden.
The downstairs cloakroom, three handy storage cupboards and en-suite to bedroom one mean it ticks all the boxes for practical family living.
Foxglove Heights is part of a wider 220 property development in the area.
The development is perfectly located on the outskirts of Wells, with easy access to a host of popular Somerset towns, as well as the popular cities of Bristol and Bath.
There are time slots available each day and bookings can be made either by visiting the Foxglove Heights website or calling 01749 467 143.
