Next phase for Harbour Village

The first properties in the next phase of stunning, waterside homes in Fleetwood are due for completion in the next few weeks.
Persimmon Homes’ Harbour Village is a development situated on the edge of the Wyre estuary, with breath-taking views across the water, taking in boats and an array of wildlife.

Sales assistant at Harbour Village, Natasha Hanson, said the new phase was going really well.
“Half of the new properties should be completed by June,” said 24-year-old Natasha, “but we are marketing them now. “The development has proved really popular, and we already have one completion and three reservations for this new phase, which is great news.”
Natasha, from Chorley, is a Persimmon Homes training scheme success story. After joining the company 15 months ago, she completed her sales training last November – and now has her own trainee at Harbour Village!
