A leading UK house builder is celebrating as one of its developments in Worcestershire has exceeded all sales expectations, being one of the fastest selling sites in the region.
The Persimmon Homes sales team at Broomhall Gardens, Norton have been delighted by the success of the development, with more than half of the 26 homes already snapped up.
Alison Reading, sales director for Persimmon Homes South Midlands, said: “We are delighted with the response and really pleased how quickly the houses have been reserved since the site opened in April.
“The showhome, which only opened a month ago, features a muted interior based on a Christian Dior colour palette with accents of lilac and earthy green which reflects the rural surroundings.
“We believe the calming interior and the extensive variety of properties - from starter homes to detached family properties through to three storey town houses - has certainly helped to boost interest.”
“In addition, all the properties at Broomhall Gardens feature solar photovoltaic panel systems, which capture the sun’s energy and convert it into electricity. This standard addition has been very well received by purchasers concerned about the environment.”
