Paula loving life at The Parish
02 October 2020
Honoured bereavement professional Paula Lewis was one of the first people to move into a stunning development in Creigiau – and she’s wasted no time in settling in.
Paula was amongst the first to exchange at Persimmon’s beautiful The Parish @ Llanilltern Village development in the village. She moved into her two-bedroom semi-detached Morden style property in August and couldn’t be happier.
“It was the area which really attracted me to The Parish,” said Paula, who was awarded a British Empire Medal for services to bereavement in the NHS in 2015.
“I’d looked around a few new build developments but this one really stood out.
“It’s a bit out of the way, but also close to Llantrisant and Cardiff, which is perfect for me.
“It was a bit strange being the first to move in, but there are more people arriving every week and a nice little community is developing.
“I’m really happy. I’ve put up all my pictures and ornaments and I’ve been told it looks like a showhome, so that’s great!”
Paula works at the nearby Royal Glamorgan Hospital as a bereavement officer. She was quick to praise the site team for helping her to settle in.
“George the site foreman has been particularly good,” said Paula, who goes to the gym two or three times a week. “I moved in on my own and he’s been here every day making sure everything is OK. He’s gone far beyond the call of duty.”
The Parish @ Llanilltern Village is a collection of two, three and four-bedroom homes.
