Persimmon builds on its success

Persimmon Homes West Yorkshire continues to build on its success after securing 5.8 acres of land near Rotherham.The regional housebuilder is building 211 homes in Thurcroft, providing much-needed places to live for local people and families.
Speaking of the new development Persimmon Homes West Yorkshire sales director, Simon Whalley, said: “The Hedgerows is an substantial new development and follows on from the success of our Laughton Common development, which is two miles away and finished selling in June of this year.
“The first phase will provide 87 properties featuring three and four bedroom homes, ideal for first-time buyers and those wanting to move up the property ladder.”
Located on the edge of Thurcroft village, on the south east of Rotherham, the development has excellent links to the M1 and M18 and is in easy reach to a host of local amenities and schools.
