Sales advisor Bethany finds home from home

02 October 2020

When Persimmon Homes sales advisor Bethany Davies talks to customers she can certainly speak from experience having just bought a Persimmon home for herself.

Bethany Davies, 23, bought her first new home on the Windrush Place development in Witney, where she is currently a sales advisor.

Persimmon @ Windrush Place is part of a large new development in Witney, Oxfordshire. The development comprises a stylish range of two, three and four-bedroom homes. Residents will also benefit from a brand-new primary school and a local centre.

Excited after purchasing her Chatsworth house with partner Alex, Bethany said: “It’s a huge step buying a new home. While working at the Wessex region, I had really fallen in love with this development and thought it was the perfect place to set up home. I am Witney born and bred and was desperate to stay in the local area and this development felt like the perfect place to set up home.

“It’s nice to be able to speak to customers, not only as their sales advisor, but also as a fellow Persimmon purchaser. It creates a talking point and helps build relationships.

“I am a first-time buyer and used the government backed help to buy scheme to help get me onto the property ladder. I have really settled in and I am enjoying quality time in my new home. It’s lovely to be a part of the new community and I look forward to seeing the site progress.”

Pauline Fletcher, sales and marketing director for Persimmon Homes Wessex, said: “Properties at this development meet the needs of a wide range of purchasers, however it has been particularly popular with first-time buyers.

“For those keen to move to the area, a new-build property provides an affordable option to get onto the property ladder. We are quickly advancing with Phase 2 of the development and encourage those interested to arrange an appointment now to find out more about this popular new development.

“With schemes such as Help to Buy available, as well as our Part Exchange and Home Change schemes, moving home could be easier than you think. In addition, the newly announced Stamp Duty holiday means there has never been a better time to buy a new-build property.”
