Show home opens at Stoke-on-Trent development
23 September 2021
A stunning new show home has opened its doors as part of a new development in Stoke-on-Trent.
Our West Midlands region has cut the ribbon on its brand new four-bedroom Roseberry style show home at Foxfields, located in an ideal situation for easy access to all major road networks in the area including the A50, A500 and M6.
The fully decorated property will give house hunters the chance to see first-hand the type of homes available at the development.
David Greengrass, head of sales for Persimmon Homes West Midlands, said: “We’re delighted to open the doors to our stunning new show home at Foxfields.
“Work started back in February this year and we’re expecting our first occupants to move in next month so it’s a really exciting time.
“Foxfields is bringing a further selection of two, three, four and five-bedroom homes to the market and they are proving extremely popular.
“A show home is always an important milestone in a development’s lifecycle. Transforming plans on a piece of paper into a new house is really rewarding and allows people to envisage how their home could look should they buy with us.
“I’m sure people will be impressed with the property we’ve designed at Foxfields.”
The show home is a Roseberry, an impressive four-bedroom detached house with an integral garage and a living room with double doors leading into an open plan kitchen/diner. It also boasts a utility, downstairs WC and three storage cupboards.
Bedroom one has an en suite with the landing leading on to three further bedrooms and a bathroom meaning this home is as practical as it is stylish.
As well as 169 new properties, there is also large central area of open space in the heart of the development with a large attenuation pond and a play area.
The Government-backed Help to Buy: Equity Loan scheme is available at Foxfields, an initiative where buyers only need a five per cent deposit.
