Showhome opening at Coppice Grove
24 June 2012
Telford house hunters are invited to Lawley this weekend, as leading builder Persimmon Homes unveils its brand new showhome at Coppice Grove.
Sales director Claire Jarvis said: “This latest phase at Lawley Village has already proved very popular, with eight plots reserved before they are even built. We expect interest to be even greater now that people can see for themselves the build quality and excellent specification of Persimmon Homes.”
The showhome – which opens its doors for the first time on Saturday (5th May) – is a ‘Maple’ design four bedroom house, which boasts a study and a Juliette balcony to the master bedroom.
Coppice Grove offers two, three, four and five bedroom homes, starting at just £118,360*. Designs include the three bedroom semi-detached ‘Alder’ with en suite bathroom and single garage, and the spacious five bedroom, three storey detached ‘Sycamore’, which includes a jack-and-jill en suite on the top floor.
Buyers signing up early benefit from pre-showhome prices and can select the tiles, worktops and finish to suit their own taste.
Coppice Grove is part of Lawley Village, Telford’s premier new homes development. Located just two miles west of Telford town centre, it is currently the largest sustainable urban residential development of its kind in the UK, providing 3,500 homes, alongside new health, education, retail and leisure facilities.
The project represents a visionary approach to new home building, placing a greater emphasis on design and sustainability. The result is a new community with a clear character and a strong sense of place.
