Site manager in the making at just 18 months old!
17 November 2020
Little Lili Williams is a familiar sight at our in Ellesmere Park development, with workers and digger drivers giving her a beep or a wave every day.
Will Rudd, site manager at our North West’s Ellesmere Park development, was so taken with Lili’s love of all things construction that he bought the 18-month-old her very own hi-viz jacket and hard hat! Will said: “Lili absolutely loves all the diggers and machines on site, and most days her mum Katrina takes her round the site to look at them – it just melts my heart. She’s the sweetest little girl and is such a familiar sight that all the lads give her a beep and a wave! I bought her a hat, hi-viz, digger book and some toy diggers, which she was thrilled with, and now we can all be sure to see Lili coming!”
It’s just a year since mum Katrina, dad Jac and Lili moved into their new home at Ellesmere Park. Katrina said: “Everyone at Persimmon has been so kind, and absolutely wonderful with Lili. We love living here, and Lili especially likes to go and see all the men at work. But even on the weekend, when all is quiet, we still have to have a walk up so she can see the bright yellow machines. It’s a bit early to start thinking about careers, but who knows, perhaps we have a little site manager in the making!”
