South Midlands helps Redditch Utd Under 6’s kick-start the new year

An under 6s football team based in Redditch has secured a £1,000 donation, thanks to our South Midlands team.

We’ve supported Redditch Utd Under 6’s with the cash boost as part of our Community Champions initiative. The team are part of a Birmingham FA-affiliated grassroots club, offering many opportunities in the West Midlands. The club has a number of teams which play in the Central Warwickshire Youth Football League, with Persimmon’s donation going towards to cost of new kits, tournament fees and equipment for 2024.

Lewis Solway at Redditch Utd Under 6’s, said: “It’s great to have the support of the Persimmon team and we’re so pleased to have secured this kind donation ahead of the new year. The teams are going from strength to strength, so to know we have the backing of local businesses located close to our club is a huge boost to us.”
