South Midlands team offers £3,000 cash boost to Gloucestershire inclusivity charity

A charity committed to delivering inclusive sports and activities in and around Gloucestershire has secured a £3,000 donation from our South Midlands team, helping them to fund additional days out for those who benefit from their services.
Goals Beyond Grass, based in Churchdown, was founded in 2016 to give those with disabilities more opportunities to engage in fun, social sports. South Midlands donated the funds as part of our Community Champions initiative. The £3,000 cash boost will allow the group to provide social activities for the people who spend time with Goals Beyond Grass, helping them to build stronger relationships and explore nearby areas.
Kane Hyett, Community Programme Officer at Goals Beyond Grass said: “We are very thankful for the money provided to us by Persimmon Homes; which will be used to further improve our offer and provide new opportunities to our groups which will be greatly beneficial to them in many ways.”
Graydon Worthing, Sales Director at Persimmon Homes South Midlands, said: “What we do is about much more than just building homes, it’s about leaving a lasting positive legacy in the communities that we build in. We’re always delighted to lend a hand to local community groups to boost their ongoing initiatives or contribute to causes that mean a lot to them.”
“We’re delighted to be able to offer this £3,000 donation to Goals Beyond Grass, which will enable them to have a wider reach throughout the Gloucestershire area.”
