South Midlands team strengthens sales department

Our South Midlands team has strengthened its sales function, with the appointment of Beth Lodge to Head of Sales and Graydon Worthing as Sales Director.

Beth and Graydon will work to market and sell our homes across the South Midlands area which includes South Warwickshire, Worcestershire, Herefordshire, Gloucestershire and Banbury.

Promoted from Senior Area Sales Manager, Beth has worked for the Central business since 2018, having previously worked for Claremont Property Group.

Commenting on her promotion, Beth said:

“I am excited to be joining the South Midlands region and looking forward to taking on a new challenge where I can make a positive impact in my new role.”

Graydon joins Persimmon Homes from Barratt Homes where he worked as Sales Director for 12 years. Graydon added:

“I am pleased to be joining Persimmon Homes at an exciting time for the Company and to help deliver their strategic growth ambitions.”
