South Wales site wins another Premier Guarantee Quality Recognition Award

House-builders in Bridgend are celebrating after being awarded a Premier Guarantee Quality Recognition Award for the second time for their work in Llys Ystrad.
The Premier Guarantee Excellence Awards has been designed to recognise the UK's best developments covered by its schemes.
Persimmon Homes West Wales’ development in the town will deliver a total of 127 homes at Llys Ystrad on the former Ysgol Bryn Castell site on Llangewydd Road in Cefn Glas.
It means award recipients, site manager Andy Jones and his team, will be shortlisted for the Premier Excellence awards. They had previously won this same award in June last year.
The awards judge sites on five categories:
- Standard of Site Management
- Standard of Workmanship
- Health & Safety
- Site Tidiness
- General Cooperation
