Persimmon Homes Severn Valley is to put the spotlight on moving home when they hold a special two-day event later this month.
Persimmon Homes Gloucestershire aims to help people make their property dreams come true when they hold a ‘Get Moving’ weekend at Manor Park, in Quedgeley.
The event will be held on January 25 and January 26 in the stylish show home of the development, which comprises a range of one and two-bedroom apartments and two and three-bedroom homes.
Nicola Reed, sales and marketing director for Persimmon Homes Severn Valley, said: “Manor Park has a home to suit everyone from first-time buyers, couples, investors, down sizers and growing families alike. The development offers contemporary living in a friendly community with a variety of schools, shops, sports facilities and play areas nearby.
“The idea behind our ‘Get Moving’ weekend is to put the focus on how easy and straightforward it is to buy a new home. We have a range of schemes available, so now is the time for people to take that first step on to the property ladder or for growing families to move into a larger home.”
The show home has an interesting three storey layout with a stunning master bedroom and en suite on the top floor. The property has a spacious second and third bedroom and a fourth room that can be used as additional bedroom for guests, a gym or study.
Nicola added: “The Government-backed Help to Buy Scheme is proving incredibly popular with buyers as only a 5% deposit is needed along with a 75% mortgage. The rest is made up with a 20% equity loan, which is interest and repayment free for the first five years.
“Other schemes available include Home Change, which can be used in conjunction with Help to Buy, were we market the home for you and pay your estate agent fees. Part Exchange Scheme is also available for those wanting to take the stress out of moving.”
