The first homes are set to be released this month at an eagerly-awaited Hesketh Bank development.
Douglas Gardens, on Station Road, will provide a range of properties for first time buyers, growing families and downsizers in the popular village.
Diane Finch, sales and marketing director for Persimmon Homes Lancashire, said: “We are thrilled that we will be able to offer the first properties when we open our sales office on Friday 12th April. The level of interest from prospective buyers has already shown us how much demand there is in this area, so we can’t wait to start helping local people into their new homes.”
The development of 212 properties includes a range of houses to suit first time buyers and downsizers as well as growing families.
Diane added: “This location is close to superb local amenities and schools, and is ideal for commuters travelling to Preston, Southport and Ormskirk.”
“Buyers reserving the first properties off-plan will have the pick of the plots and chance to tailor their new home with a wide range of Finishing Touches options, such as a choice of kitchen colours and finishes, bathroom tiling or fitted wardrobes.”
“Those with an existing property to sell can ask about our Part Exchange or Home Change schemes, which can save significant time and money.”
