Children have been invited to ‘go wild’ and meet an array of animal friends at Phoenix Park development.

A selection of small mammals, reptiles and invertebrates will be visiting the Phoenix Park site on Church Street at a free event on Saturday 8th September from noon until 4pm.

Claire Dearsley, head of sales for Persimmon Homes Midlands, said: “To help celebrate the opening of our fabulous new show apartment at Phoenix Park, we are hosting a free family event, where local children can get to see, touch and learn about lots of cute and creepy creatures.”

“The critters are cared for by Wild Science, the UK’s leading company for animal education workshops, and we are all excited to meet Coco the corn snake and Charlie the chinchilla!”

Visitors can meet the Wild Science creatures in the show apartment from noon until 4pm. There is no admission charge.

Phoenix Park is a range of two, three and four bedroom homes.

Claire added: “Our new show apartment is a fantastic modern living space, offering open-plan living, a full sized bathroom and plenty of useful storage.”

“Anyone with an existing property to sell can ask us about our Home Change and Part Exchange arrangements, potentially saving time and money.”

Also available at Phoenix Park are three and four bedroom family homes, for those looking for more space. The location is ideal for anyone commuting into London or Luton, and is close to outstanding local schools, shops and leisure facilities.
