Our North Midlands region has been working on the new-build properties at Lime Tree Court site on land of Mansfield Road for around two years. This development now has just ten properties left to sell.

There are now just ten homes left to be purchased. Nadine O’Dowd, sales director for the North Midlands region, said: “Lime Tree Court has been another hugely successful site. Once they have been sold and all of the development’s infrastructure has been completed, we’ll be packing up and letting this site flourish for decades to come. Located just north of the historic city of Derby and close to the sought-after area of Breadsall, the development is in a good location for commuters. Nadine added: “Our sales advisors are on hand to explain the various buying options including Help to Buy and our Part Exchange scheme, which helps anyone with an existing property to sell.”

The Government-backed Help to Buy scheme is available. Through the initiative, the Government provides an equity loan of 20 per cent and the buyers produce a deposit of five per cent, leaving a 75 per cent mortgage. We also offer Part Exchange and Home Change schemes, helping those with an existing property to sell to make their next move.
