Persimmon Homes has revealed that properties at a popular Chippenham development are selling quickly thanks to location and affordability.

Persimmon Homes Wessex is selling a selection of semi-rural two and three bedroom houses at the popular Birds Marsh View development.

After the launch of its second phase of development, 45 new homes have been snapped up by people keen to be a part of the new community. Due to the strong demand, Persimmon Homes is looking at launching the next phase of housing in the upcoming months.
