Persimmon Homes North Scotland has announced plans to launch its latest development in the village of Guardbridge in Fife.
Industry leader Persimmon Homes North Scotland is launching the first properties on its Eden Woods development on Saturday 29th February, to coincide with the Leap Year with the official opening of its marketing suite.
The site, named after the nearby River Eden, is based on Cupar Road and offers a mix of two, three and four-bedroom homes to the area.
Lorraine Clelland, sales and marketing director at Persimmon Homes North Scotland, said: “We are delighted to be bringing new homes to Fife by launching our latest development in Guardbridge.”
“Eden Woods offers a wide range of homes in 11 different designs, meaning the development has something for everyone at different stages of life, from first time buyers looking to get on the property ladder, to growing families and investors.”
The site offers the best of both worlds with views of the River Eden and the surrounding peaceful countryside yet within easy reach of St Andrews and Cupar.
Lorraine added: “This early stage of construction really is an ideal time to reserve a home at Eden Woods and with more than 700 enquiries before the site has launched, I would urge buyers to act quickly to secure their ideal plot.”
