You'll find everything you need for everyday living in Kinross, just down the road from Weavers Gait. In addition to the convenience store, butchers, bakers and pharmacy in the centre of town, there's a large Sainsbury's supermarket on the outskirts for your weekly shop. For all your favourite high street brands, travel 20 minutes in either direction to Perth or Dunfermline, where you'll find a wealth of popular brands, eateries, bars and restaurants.
Families with children of all ages will benefit from fantastic local schooling, with Lauriston Nursery, Milnahort Primary School, Kinross Primary School and Kinross High School all within easy walking distance of Weavers Gait. Weavers Gait is perfectly situated for commuters. The nearby M90 provides excellent access to Perth to the north and Dunfermline and Edinburgh to the south, plus access to St Andrews to the east and Stirling to the west via the A91. There's a good local bus service throughout the town and the nearest train station is a short drive away at Cowdenbeath, while for travel further afield, Edinburgh airport is just over half an hour away by car.
