A Truro family are settling into their new home after welcoming their first baby and the first to arrive at the Copperfields development.
Aiden Reek, 27, and his partner Tamara Greygoose, 26, moved into the Persimmon Homes development in February, soon after discovering they were expecting their first baby and enjoyed getting their two-bedroom Morden style home ready for the arrival of baby Bodhi.
Tamara, a nurse, said: “We just fell in love with the development as soon as we saw it. The property offered everything we needed as a growing family and the location was perfect, with all the facilities we needed and more nearby.”
She added: “We absolutely love our new home, it gives us so much space and as a new family that’s really important to us – it’s the perfect family home.”
“The stretch of road we live on is very friendly and there are plenty of young families for us to get to know.”
Commenting on Persimmon Homes’ service throughout the process, Tamara added: “With a baby on the way we wanted to be able to move quite quickly into our new property, so that we were settled in time for the birth. The sales team at Persimmon Homes were brilliant throughout the process, we can’t fault them.”
Jane Cartwright, head of sales at Persimmon Homes Cornwall, said: “I would like to congratulate Aiden and Tamara on the birth of their son Bodhi. It’s exciting to see the community expand with the arrival of Copperfields’ first newborn.”
“This development is an ideal location for house hunters looking for the perfect family home, offering the space for growing families as well as the convenience of schools and other amenities right on the doorstep.”
Copperfields is located in the sought-after cathedral city of Truro, surrounded by attractive seaside towns and wide-open spaces. Currently featuring four-bedroom homes with two and three-bedroom homes coming soon.
