Bundle of joy at Bluebell Wood
24 June 2012
A Wigan family moved from their existing Persimmon Homes into a larger house, just in time for a double celebration
Andrew Liptrot and his wife Vicky, who was pregnant at the time, along with their three year old daughter, part exchanged their Persimmon Home for another Persimmon Home in order to accommodate their growing family.
The quartet who are now in their new four bedroom home on the Bluebell Wood development, have nothing but praise for Persimmon Homes North West who made the move stress free and easy.
Andrew a maintenance engineer in St. Helens said: “I’d like to thank everyone at Persimmon Homes, our move was made incredibly easy and we were in our new home within eight weeks of our deposit been placed.”
“All the help from people involved in our move was over whelming, as we were busy planning for our new arrival at the same time!”
Coincidentally the couple had their baby boy, Thomas, on the day they were due to reserve their new house.
Persimmon Homes’ sales director, Dave Hodgson, said: “The Part Exchange scheme is perfect for families in the situations like Andrew and Vicky, where they need to move up the property to a bigger home.
“Our aim is always to provide great customer service to make moving as easy as possible for anyone using any of our housing schemes.”
Bluebell Wood is just a short drive from Junction 26 of the M6 at the M58 interchange, providing access to Southport and the coast. The development also has good rail links, with Wigan Wallgate and Wigan North West stations approximately three miles away.
FirstBuy, PartExchange and 95% Mortgages schemes are available at Bluebell Wood and other Persimmon Homes developments across the North West.
Prices at Bluebell Wood start at £184,796.
