Central team opens new show home at Kenilworth development

Our Kenilworth Gate development which will provide much-needed homes for the people of Kenilworth has officially opened its show home to the public.
Kenilworth Gate features a range of two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom luxury, high-specification homes on the southern edge of the sought-after Warwickshire town. The new show home gives potential buyers at the development a feel for what life is like in the town, as well as giving them the opportunity to see the many personalisation options available to those who buy a home at the development.

The launch of the new show home was marked by a visit from Team GB athlete, Neil Adams who is a former Judo Olympian and previously lived in the town. The show home’s interior designers, Abode, also gave a talk during the opening of the show home.
Neil Adams MBE, 1981 World Judo Champion and twice silver Olympic medallist, officially opened the show home and commented: "In the years I have spent in Kenilworth and surrounding area as firstly a young athlete, then business owner and home owner, I can first hand express the pleasure it is living there. The community provides families all opportunities for young and growing families as well as cultural aspects, a castle no less, for all generations.”
