Easter joy for school pupils

Persimmon Lancashire entered the Easter spirit in Great Broughton by judging a school’s Easter bonnet competition
Representatives from Persimmon Homes’ new Church Meadows development, in the village, were delighted to be invited by Broughton Primary School to judge their annual Easter bonnet competition.
The pupils made their bonnets from craft materials, with the seven children winning themselves an Easter egg. In addition Persimmon Homes will also present them with a professional photo, after the school holidays, of them with their winning design so they can cherish the memory forever.
Judging the competition were Persimmon Homes’ site manager Steven English and field sales manager Allison Scott, who said: “It was a pleasure to judge the competition. All the children put some serious effort into their designs and it was a tough call to choose the winners.”
Church Meadows is a small development of 58 homes offering a range of two, three and four bedroom homes, located in a rural village of Great Broughton. The position of the development ensures terrific views of the open countryside.
Prices start from £162,995.
