Five per cent of Narborough development left
09 November 2017
Ninety-five per cent of the new homes being built at a development in Narborough have been snapped up, it has been revealed.
Just four of the 73 new homes at Persimmon Homes’ Skipper's Meadow site are left on the market.
Skipper’s Meadow, on Chalk Lane, was launched last year and has proved to be extremely popular.
Nova Eames, head of sales at Persimmon Homes East Midlands, said: “Demand at Skipper’s Meadow has been incredibly high.
“We now just have four properties left, so this really is the last chance for househunters to make their move.”
“Once they have been sold, the flags will be coming down, the marketing suite will close and we’ll be leaving the development to flourish for decades to come.”
“If people move fast, they could even be in their new property for Christmas. What a way to spend the festive season that would be.”
There are two Felbrigg style two-bedroom detached bungalows available from £173,995, as well as one three-bedroom semi-detached Hanbury from £180,995 and a four-bedroom detached Winster from £254,995.
Skipper’s Meadow has proved popular with members of the Forces as it is just three miles from RAF Marham.
Nova added: “RAF Marham is one of the busiest RAF bases in the county and the men and women who work there are clearly pleased to see affordable new homes on their doorstep.”
Persimmon Homes Part Exchange scheme is available at Skipper’s Meadow, removing the stress of selling a property before purchasing a new one. Persimmon will manage the sale of the existing property from start to finish, eliminating agents’ fees as well as hassle.
