Hayley climbs the career ladder with Persimmon Homes

An ambitious young woman is celebrating after being promoted from part exchange co-ordinator to regional trainee field sales manager with Persimmon Homes South Coast.
Hayley Sidaway joined Persimmon Homes just three years ago and has quickly moved up the career ladder.
The 28-year-old from Sarisbury Green discovered her passion for property sales at just 16 when she began her career in an estate agency.
Hayley, said: “I’ve always wanted a career within the housing industry. Working as a sales administrator allowed me to discover my passion for sales.
“It has been nice to be able to progress within the company, and become one step closer to achieving my career goal of becoming a sales manager.
“This new role will allow me to immerse myself within the world of construction, meeting with site managers and getting out in the field, something which I’m looking forward to doing.
“I was keen to further my career and learn new skills and Persimmon have helped along the way. The company is always on the lookout for those wanting to develop their career and invests time in you to ensure that you reach your goals.”
