Homes snapped up off plan at new Hazelmead development
17 November 2012
Homebuyers are recognising the potential of Persimmon Homes’ new Hazelmead development in Diss where the foundations are just being laid, with several properties bought off-plan already.Jon Gibbs, sales director for Persimmon Homes Anglia, comments: “We’ve already sold off plan eight of the 58 properties which are being built at Hazelmead and interest remains high.
“Buying off plan means purchasers can finish their homes to their own tastes. They can choose from a range of kitchens, worktops and kitchen and bathroom tiles, as well as select either a gas or electric oven. Those who buy early can also have their pick of the plots too.
“Another advantage of buying off-plan is that people have more of an opportunity to save for their deposit while their home is being built. This can be a major benefit for first time buyers especially.”
Homebuyers who are able to afford a little extra can take advantage of the Finishing Touches range to add carpets of their choice, or wardrobes and other fixtures and fittings before they move in.
House styles which are proving popular include the two-bedroom semi-detached Adlington design and the three bedroom Masefield.
